When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and delivered within 5–10 working days, with free tracked shipping across the UK. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or head to Track my order in the menu and pop in your order number.
My tracking isn't updating
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after the label is created. If nothing moves after 48 hours, contact us with your order number — a human replies within one working day.

Is the app really free?
Yes — every feature and every metric, £0 a month, forever. Somra pairs with Q Watch, the free companion app for iOS and Android. No trials that expire, no locked tiers, no card required.
How long does the battery actually last?
Up to 30 days on a single charge, depending on use. Most people charge Somra One about once a month — there's no nightly charging ritual.
What does it track?
24/7 heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, blood oxygen, stress trends, cycle tracking, steps, calories and workouts — all in the free app.
Can I wear it in the shower or the pool?
Yes. Somra One is IP68 water resistant — shower, rain and swimming are all fine.
Does it work with my phone?
Q Watch works with iOS and Android over Bluetooth. Setup takes a couple of minutes.
How do I swap straps?
Straps click out without tools in under ten seconds. Grab the strap 3-pack or 5-pack and up to two of them are free.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
You have 30 days from delivery to sleep on it. Not convinced? Get in touch and we'll arrange your return and full refund.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Somra One comes with a 6-month warranty. If anything goes wrong with your band, we're here with a fix or a replacement.
Can I extend my warranty?
Yes — Somra Care+ adds 3 extra months for £15, or 6 extra months for £25 for a full year of cover. Add it on the product page when you order.
